Grief is a natural response that may draw up a variety of emotions, like sadness or loneliness. These feelings may be triggered by a number of different reasons. Perhaps you lost someone you loved, you are struggling with the loss of a job or career, or perhaps there are other life changes, such as chronic illness, moving, or retirement.
Everyone grieves differently. However, if you learn the tools to best support yourself and understand your emotions, through seeking support it is possible to heal. While we strive to provide both emotional and educational support through your grieving process, it is also important to surround yourself with a personal support system. We can point you towards support groups for additional emotional support should you feel necessary.

Extended Health Benefits
Some treatments may be covered on Extended Health Benefit Plans.
It is the responsibility of our clients/patients to verify their coverage for their treatment, prior to their treatments.
Allison a member of the following professional associations: NHPC, MTAM, S4OM, ACOLS. Allison is not registered with CMTBC or CMTO at this time.
Missed Appointments
In consideration for your therapist and other clients, 24 hours notice is required for canceling or changing appointments.
A cancellation fee for the full cost of the appointment will be charged for missed appointments without 24 hours notice.
Late Arrivals
If late for your appointment, the full appointment fee is charged and treatment is for the length of time remaining.
